McBride has launched an in-house Change Management Community of Practice, bringing together colleagues from across its functions and locations to strengthen how change is led and delivered.

As McBride grows, projects and new ways of working are creating opportunities across the Group. Supporting colleagues to understand, adopt and sustain those changes is an important part of delivering their intended benefits.

The community’s mission is to build a connected and capable network. Through shared learning, practical support and consistent ways of working, its members will help people across McBride successfully adopt and sustain change.

The community is led by Lynn Jeary, Organisational Change Manager, Jane Cronin, our Executive Sponsor and Chief Human Resources Officer. David Cockram, Transformation Director, is also supporting the community as it takes shape.

Members have completed Prosci training and have access to its portal and resources. They will meet regularly to exchange experiences, discuss challenges and share lessons from change initiatives, supported by practical guidance and tools.

The launch reflects McBride’s Always Committed value: considering the impact on people from the outset and continuing to support them as new ways of working become part of everyday work.
