We’re delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Vestacy, securing long-term contract manufacturing agreements for supply across Europe.

The partnership is expected to deliver £170m in annual revenues at maturity, grow Group revenues by around 15% and further strengthen McBride’s leadership in European Household and Laundry.

The deal also expands our manufacturing footprint with the acquisition of two sites in Spain and Portugal. A significant step forward in our strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
