Targets will drive our transition
We recognise the criticality of reducing carbon emissions in response to the climate crisis and to ensure we remain a resilient manufacturer for our customers, colleagues, shareholders, and the communities we serve.
We believe targets drive action. That is why we have committed to science-based targets for scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, which cover our operations, supply chain and our product portfolio.
Operating sustainably
To meet the science-based target for our operations (Scope 1 & 2 emissions) we will need to focus on improvements in energy efficiency in all locations and reduce our kWh/Tonne over the next 10 years. This will involve all site colleagues working together and sharing best practice on their energy reduction plans. For Scope 3 emission reduction, waste management will continue to be a focus in our operations and working with our component suppliers.

Approach to energy
Each location has an energy efficiency target of which we report on annually. Many locations have electricity monitoring software and sensors to support the delivery of our targets and to identify energy hot spots. In terms of green electricity, we have a target to procure up to 100% by 2033.

Approach to waste
Our locations continue to reduce waste year on year with only 1.5% of our waste landfilled in FY25. The sites will continue to reduce waste and work with local authorities to find alternative pathways for waste management.
How we are progressing
In 2025, the site energy champions established a practice group, meeting monthly to share their learnings on energy reduction initiatives This year we have focused on the measurement of the carbon footprint (CO2e) of the products we sell to our customers. This has given clarity to our product development teams on where emissions are in different formulations and finished products. During the last twelve months, we have engaged with 90 of our top chemical and packaging suppliers to understand their carbon maturity. We gained clarity in 2025 as to which suppliers have established climate targets, whether these are SBTi-validated or science-aligned targets, and also those suppliers which are in the infancy of this journey.

Supply chain
In terms of our scope 1&2 emissions we have reduced these emissions by 11.1% from FY24- FY25. For all scopes (Scope 1,2 &3) we have reduced our emissions by 3.1% this year as well as grow our business. This is 1,851.4 tonnes saved this year.

Operations
Currently 80.5% of our electricity is coming from renewable sources, including self-generation from our Belgium plants. In addition, only 1.5% of our waste generated was landfilled in FY25, we have successfully reduced this by 67.5% from 2021 to 2025.

Product
We have continue to focus on reducing virgin plastic and for our PET packaging, this year 72.1% by weight of plastic is now sourced from recycled content. We have also measured over 600 products in FY25, sharing the learnings with our customers and driving a number of product compaction projects, resulting in lower-carbon product.
