In 2022, aluminium prices suddenly soared and delivery times shot up to 6-8 months. Our aerosol clients faced a tough choice: absorb huge increases in costs or risk supply chain chaos.

So we made a call. While the rest of the industry stuck with aluminium (the gold standard for decades), we switched to using tinplate packaging for our aerosols.

Our teams worked around the clock. Formulation experts ran compatibility tests. Packaging specialists figured out how to transfer designs from dry-offset to traditional offset printing. Regulatory teams checked every detail. And we worked with every single client to preserve their brand identity through the transition.

Since then, none of our clients have gone back to aluminium. And within months, much of the private label sector followed the same path.
