From our net profits to our sustainability wins, all the achievements listed in McBride’s annual report come down to the dedication and hard work of our colleagues.

 

Putting people first drives our success, in all five of our divisions and across the thirteen countries that we operate in. One of the ways that we do this is through our McBride Gives programme.

McBride Gives is an initiative that supports organisations that address poverty and provide essential living resources, in line with our purpose of offering affordable cleaning products for all.

How does it work? Each McBride employee, no matter which department, gets one fully paid day per year to volunteer for a selected local charity.

Since participating in the programme, several of our colleagues have built volunteering into their daily lives, proving that when we invest in our people, they, in turn, invest in their communities. And that feels like a return we can all be proud of.
