Today, in excellent news, we’re happy to share that McBride has been awarded a Silver EcoVadis Medal, with an overall score of 74/100 – a significant jump from our 2025 score of 68/100.

This now places us in the top 12% of companies assessed globally by EcoVadis – which is an achievement we can feel incredibly proud of.

EcoVadis medals recognise companies that demonstrate outstanding performance in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. The awards are based on a rigorous independent assessment across four themes: Environment, Labour Practices & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. And we’re thrilled to share that McBride has successfully improved its score across every single pillar of the assessment.

Of course, this wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment we see from our colleagues, suppliers and retail partners. Thanks to everyone’s hard work, sustainability and social responsibility are both factored into the many decisions we all make every day – and we’re beginning to see what’s possible when everyone works towards the same goal.
