That’s exactly why McBride is so committed to investing in our people through our Leading with IMPACT training programme. It’s a nine-month journey that we’ve carefully designed to help our colleagues discover their leadership potential and grow into the leaders they’re meant to be.

The programme brings together three intensive modules, each spanning three days, and includes 360° feedback, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator insights and one-to-one coaching with external professionals. It’s about so much more than ticking boxes – it’s about real transformation.

We’ve just celebrated 12 colleagues from across multiple divisions and departments who have completed the programme, and we couldn’t be prouder of our new generation of McBride leaders.
