McBride plc is a FTSE-250 company listed on the London Stock Exchange. It is the holding company for the McBride group of companies and is headquartered in central London.
The Chief Executive is Chris Bull. The Board of directors meet at least six times a year. The board sets performance targets and agrees policies.
The Board forms Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees.
There is a Group Management Team, which develops and implement the group strategy, monitor results and allocate appropriate resources.
Each of the 19 manufacturing sites has a manager, which reports to the Group Management Team.
